Those of you waiting to hear about the release date for the Canon EOS 50D — the DDigital SLR will be available October 6th onwards. While Canon has not put across this date officially, the date of availability on Circuit City shows that the 50D will be obtainable then onwards. In fact, the camera is available for pre-order right now.
